Standard turnaround for DTF printing is typically 5–7 business days.
Orders that require embroidery or screen printing generally take 10–12 business days.
Need it faster? We offer rush production options (1-day, 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day turnaround) for an additional fee.
Please note: All turnaround times are based on artwork approval and are subject to distributor inventory availability and shipping timelines.
Every order is customized based on your specific needs. Pricing depends on:
• Quantity ordered
• Apparel style and brand
• Printing method (DTF, screen printing, embroidery)
• Number of print locations
• Design complexity
• Turnaround time
We offer four pricing tiers, and your price per shirt decreases as quantity increases:
• 12–24 pieces
• 25–49 pieces
• 50–99 pieces
• 100+ pieces
The more you order, the lower your cost per shirt.
Please note: Extended sizes (2XL and above) are priced higher due to increased material and production costs. Additional print locations (front, back, sleeves) and specialty finishes will also increase pricing.
For the most accurate pricing, we recommend requesting a custom quote.

Our minimum order is 12 pieces for most custom printing and embroidery projects.
Explore our products in two categories: standard and premium.
We offer multiple high-quality decoration methods depending on your project needs, quantity, fabric type, and budget.
DTF printing produces vibrant, full-color designs with excellent detail and durability. It works well on cotton, blends, and darker garments. This method is ideal for small to mid-size orders and designs with multiple colors or gradients.
Screen printed transfers offer a bold, long-lasting print with a smooth finish. They are great for consistent, repeat designs and provide a professional look while maintaining flexibility in production.
Screen printing is ideal for larger quantity orders. It delivers durable, high-impact prints and is often the most cost-effective option for bulk projects with limited colors.
Embroidery uses thread to stitch your design directly onto the garment, creating a polished, professional appearance. It’s ideal for polos, hats, jackets, and corporate apparel where durability and elevated branding matter.
We don’t expect you to know which method is best — that’s our job. Once we review your artwork, quantity, and garment selection, we’ll recommend the best option to ensure quality, durability, and value.
Artwork quality directly affects the quality of your final product. To ensure the best results, we require print-ready files.
We accept:
• Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF)
• High-resolution PNG files (300 DPI, transparent background)
Screenshots, low-resolution images, and social media downloads are not considered print-ready and may result in poor print quality.
If your file needs adjustments or recreation, our design team can prepare it properly for production (design fees may apply).
Embroidery requires a specialized file called a digitized file (.DST format).
Even if you provide a PNG or vector file, it must be converted (digitized) specifically for embroidery. This process tells the embroidery machine how to stitch your design properly.
If you do not have a digitized file, we can create one for you (a one-time digitizing fee applies).
Please note: We cannot embroider directly from PNG or standard vector files without digitizing them first.
The first step is simple — share your logo or design with us.
From there, we’ll review your artwork, confirm formatting, and guide you through the next steps to ensure your apparel looks professional and production-ready.
